For the individual we provide a Health and Wellbeing coaching service, Coaching is a form of development that focuses on the here and now. Coaching will explore themes impacting your wellbeing and identify ways to move forward with a sense of empowerment. Through coaching discussions and exercises you will learn the secrets to helping yourself. Common themes include, finding purpose and direction, managing and reducing stress, relationships with food, managing change and uncertainty, challenges in relationships, coping with health issues, dealing with grief, challenges in the workplace or within your business, how to achieve self-care and how to manage your personal wellbeing on a day to day basis.
For the community WE GIVE BACK. Until the end of 2020 Action Wellbeing is offering 8 hours of FREE coaching/consultancy to one community group each month. These hours can be spread over one month or taken in one day. This is an opportunity to explore wellbeing as part of your community project, to delve deeper into your approach to wellbeing or to sound out ideas and initiatives.
By actioning wellbeing in their workplace, their communities and their personal life, an individual individual has the opportunity to live as a healthy, happy and comfortable being.
